Product description
A171 full name is vinyltrimethoxysilane ;The applications are:1. It is used for crosslinking polyethylene to make insulation and sheath materials for wires and cables. This product is an important crosslinking agent for crosslinking polyethylene. Compared with general peroxide crosslinking and radiation crosslinking, its crosslinking process has the advantages of simple equipment, less investment, easy control, wide range of polyethylene density, production of fan-shaped wire core with special shape, and high extrusion speed. Due to its excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance and stress cracking resistance, silane crosslinked polyethylene is widely used in the manufacture of wire, insulation and sheath materials.
2. It is used for crosslinking polyethylene to make heat-resistant pipes, hoses and films. The crosslinked polyethylene prepared with this product as crosslinking agent has the advantages of good aromatic resistance, oil resistance, stress cracking resistance, high mechanical strength and good heat resistance. It can be used at 80 ℃ for 50 years. This product can also be used for ethylene vinegar
The crosslinking agent of vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene and ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer.
3. It is used for impregnating glass fiber and inorganic silicon filler to improve the infiltration and adhesion between resin and glass fiber, so as to effectively improve the mechanical strength and electrical properties of FRP and plastic laminates, especially the wet mechanical strength and electrical properties. The mechanical properties of FRP are also improved significantly
Weather resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, extend the service life of products. In addition, it also gives the products better electromagnetic wave transmission.
4. This product can be copolymerized with acrylic acid series monomers to make special exterior wall coating, which is called silicone acrylic exterior wall coating. The coating has many characteristics, such as weather resistance, dust resistance, scrubbing and so on.
5. This product is a good adhesion promoter for silicone rubber to metal and fabric.CAS is 2768-02-7;package is 190kg/drum;
