Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in certain market within our focused industry sector.

Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key accounts in a skillful way.

Focus actively on identifying and targeting potential suppliers and new product offerings in the market space.

Implement annual and monthly sales plan to achieve sales targets.

Perform the role in a manner that is reflective of Inchee’s Core Values, within regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Degree or College Diploma in a related program (such as, but not limited to, Int’l Trading, chemistry, engineering) with 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Proven ability to develop and nurture trusted and long term partnerships internally, externally and at all levels

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to identify customer needs and identify business opportunities for both the customer and Inchee.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Ability to travel

Lab or plant experience is considered an asset (1+ years)

Other than an excellent English skill, knowledge of a second language is an asset
